Disgusting insects in our drinks

Personally I love Primi, but the service and disgusting things I saw in our drinkings, totally turned me off. found a ****roach in our shooter and a nail, We were served in a cracked shooter glass. all that was like it was done intentionally cause of complain about the late service we were receiving from Arthur. The manager needs some training too. You don't bribe your customers with a shooter. Please handle the situation better next time.
