Disgusting food and long wait

There was 1 waiter serving about 10 tables. The wrong order kept being brought to us. We waited over an hour for food and when the food did come we ate 1 bite each and paid the bill which was R600 for food that was absolutely horrible. I've had to throw away everything that I bought so my R600 is down the drain and mind you it was just my husband, 2 kids both don't have big appetites but didn't eat at all after they tasted the 1st bite. The pizza had dough all around the pizza but absolutely nothing towards the center... I am absolutely disgusted with Primi Gateway and will never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a zero I actually would. Pathetic
