Disappointing Food but Wonderful Service

I am giving a two star rating simply for the food. We ordered a chicken burger with one overly huge slice of tomato and burnt buns. And we also ordered the bolognese which turned out to be very bland and a little too aldante. But I do give their customer service a 4/5. Everyone was extremely welcoming, very kind, our waiter was attentive and greeted us with a warm smile. The space itself is beautiful right across the ocean. Although the food was extremely disappointing, the staff made it a little more pleasant.
