Disappointed with service at Primi Piatti Waterfront

<p>On the weekend of the 15th i was in Cape town to attend a funeral. On the 17th of July i went out with a friend of mine to Primi Piatti Waterfront and we were served by a guy named Luyanda. My first complaint is that the waiter didn't give me a take away and didn't ask if i want a doggy bag. He just took my food and left. The second complaint is that when i made the payment, he used their speed point three times and it declined and was asked to walk down to the ATM which is far from Primi. I never received any apology for that and i was very disappointed with the overall service as i see Primi Piatti as one of the elegant restaurants. I doubt that i will ever dine at Primi.</p>
