Disappointed in the takeaway service

I had order a take away at Primi V&A Waterfront, I have ordered a take away pasta. I'm usually always on the go so a quick takeaway always saves time. Received my order with out fork and knife and no takeaway bag, the small things really counts. I also asked for some parmason cheese and recieved none.

I literally had to find my own plastic knife and fork and even a napkin. Regardless it being a takeaway I am a paying customer and I would like to receive good service as well.
