Delightful service at Primi Piatti Waterfront

Its not often that i am delighted by a suppliers service, but Primi Piatti Waterfront certainly more than delighted me!<br> <br> I arranged a birthday booking for a Friday evening, 27th Feb 2014. Andrew the manager was wonderful in arranging for me to bring in my own special cake, he ensured the table was ready when we arrived and he had prepared the waitress so she brought the cake after our main meal with no extra prompting from me!<br> Even before the said event Primi contacted me and wished me a happy birthday - wow!<br> <br> On the evening Andrew was there to ensure all went smoothly which it definitely did. <br> <br> Our waitress Abigail (i think that was her name) was fantastic, an absolute pleasure to engage with and was always around when we needed her. She brought the cake on time and even sang - we loved her!!<br> <br> Thank you Primi for making Antoine's birthday a special occasion, we will certainly be back!<br> <br> Lastly Primi contacted me after the event to ensure that we were satisfied with their service, I mean really, absolutely astounding! <br> <br> I have yet to find a restaurant with service like this!<br>
