Cold Raw Salmon and long wait

Waited +30min for food. Then salmon comes ice cold and raw. The expeditor tells me its seared therefore its rare. He then offers - Would you like it dead? ***, seared salmon does not equal raw fish! They take it back to fix, come back 5-10min with the same cold raw fish, R155 waisted. McDonalds gives better service than these guys. Not to mention the chef/manager in the kitchen constantly screaming the roof off.
