Chicken bone found in dessert

<p>My husband and i went to Primi in canal walk today with friends. We finished our meal with a chocolate brownie to share with cream and ice cream. While eating the brownie i chewed on something hard in the brownie only to find a chicken bone in my mouth. Disgusting to say the least. My whole meal was spoilt. Needless to say i was livid and nautious in fact i threw up immediately in the primi bathroom. The manager apologised and removed the brownie and my meal from the bill and said that she cannot help for human error. Really now i was completely unhappy and definately wont eat there again. The manager tried to salvage the situation but the broken chewed chicken bone was in my brownie and my mouth not hers. My husband had to tell the manager to apologise to our guests as our meals were all spoilt along with the atmosphere. The fact of the matter is that when you pay for your meal you expect your meal to be clean not have dirty bones in your dessert. My husband and I will remain disgusted by Primi piatti Canal Walk. Clearly the level of resect and love for food and customers is not up to scratch.</p>
