Broken glass in dessert!!!

Disgusting Primi Piatti Lifestyle Garden Centre, Beyers Naude , Randburg!!! <br> <br> My daughter, found a big piece if glass in her dessert (the chocolate milkshake portion) - she had prior to this chewed glass unknowingly! <br> Exceptionally dangerous and Primi did not follow normal protocol when glass breaks, you throw the food away, clean up and start again! <br> You took a shortcut that has seen some damage to my daughter's throat and could have had even more serious consequences ... very dangerous! <br> Your manager was pathetic in his response - this is not over.
