Bad sevice at primi

So this is my experience at primi V&A waterfront 1 of the most iconic malls in Africa .

So i decided to take my wife to primi for her birthday with long side my daughter . As we enter we waited 20 mintes. Oky we along side due to *covid we understood protocols and wait. We then get seated we go thre the menu we secide on our drinks and food we place our order our waiting period for our order was 1 and half hour and 30 secounds . We then started eating my wife then wipes her mouth as she then wipes her mouth she then see hair from the kitchen we then call the waiter to rsk wots happened to our order she then calls the manager Raymond. He then tells me me about it might be hair mushrooms i told him that can not be i argue and told him. Afta a few moments of arguing about the hair . I tell him if its not i will send it away he graps it from me. My wife then says can we have our bill with out eating . He leaves he comes back to our table says no he took care of the bill embarrases myself and my with . It was not a out the bill it was the morel of the fact that i did not come for the bill to be stratched off even if i did not eat or eat it was about my wifes birthday that was spoiled and embarrassed infront off please and the cherry on the cake was this was the second time this happened
