Bad service that spoilt the night

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>Me,my wife and our couple friends have just experienced the most horrific and wackiest service in what we thought would be an ideal spot to unwind. The staff at the Primi Piatti, Hermingways in East London told us that they were doing us a favour when we asked them whether they why they were not attending to us. </p> <p>One of them even told us that they were getting ready to go home even though there was still around 45min before their closing time. </p> <p>I m so disappointed by the kind of service we got, especially after we complained, the staff just went on to justify the substandard service they were giving us. We had to cut our night short and hit the road back to Gonubie after having planned the night with our friends. </p> <p> </p> <p>If there is one thing that gets me worked up, it's bad service and they really gave us exactly that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy customer. </p>
