Bad Service Recieved

<p>Ordered my meal at 19:02 only received the meal at 22:27 after I called the restaurant for the second time am not sure if it's the restaurant in durban near road lodge only who does this or just the staff here who took my order but would like to reflect my disappointment in service received </p>
