Bad service on New Years evening - 1-1-2016

The customer service at the restaurant was extremely disappointing especially on a celebratory night . Our drinks took forever and the waiter messed up our order. We received very little apologies for the incorrect order. There were many customers that left the restaurant dissatisfied with the service they received.
