Bad Service at its best

Last week on Friday were went to this bad restaurant and we were given drinks after 10min, we placed the orders and after 45min we were still waiting, the waitress seems uninterested and when we asked about the food she called the manager who said there was some confusion and they will bring the food in 2 minutes time, after 7 minutes we decided to leave as people who came after us were given food. My partner who was so kind paid for the drinks, I am not sure why cause if it was me I couldn't have paid for them. Both the manager and waitress do not know how to serve customer, I will never ever go to Primi, it is the worst restaurant ever
