Bad service

Myself and two friends have been going to Primi for our monthly lunch dates for years now. The last few times have been disappointing. We always decide to give another chance. Tonight will be the last time we will be going there. Tonight we all had good news and wanted to celebrate. We got there 17h00 and left there 19h15 and not once were asked if we would like to order food. We were checked up once by our waiter. We left with a bitter taste as we had to go somewhere else to eat. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. There was a function upstairs so that could maybe be why. We always sit downstairs in the smoking area. The last few times we've been there we always have to ask the barman for our waiter if we'd like something else to drink or the bill. Its sad how bad the service has become. I don't drive all the way from Buccleuch to get bad service. Hope it comes right
