Bad service

I have been to each and every primi piatti in cape town not only because I enjoy the food, it is because of the good service that I always get. After having my meals I always leave with a smile on my face because of the sense of humour that the waiters have. Today I took my mother out for lunch and we were seated at table 90 waitress came, no introduction and she just took our order. Food came the waitress kept on attending to the other tables but didn't't come to ours. We asked for a bill and my mother asked whats with the bad attitude the girl responded by saying \I am tired\" and walked on to get the n<br> bill, she did not bring it to us herself she gave it to her colleague who tried to make small talk but we were no longer in the mood. I would like to know if there was a different training given to the stuff this year compared to the ones on the previous years. If this is the attitude that I am going to get from your stuff then I should rather go and eat at home, I booked a table for my birth day at the same primi waterfront in 2013 our waiter was very helpful and funny. I am really disappointed and hurt for the bad attitude given especially to my mother"
