Bad service

We booked table of 5.

We arrived around 13:30. We ordered food and drinks, so far all appeared to be okay,. We then paid the bill, this was the first bill paid since we decided we were going to continue with drinks.

As this point our initial waiter decided to divide to disappear .

As we now ready to make another order, a friend went to the Luu, this we indicated our waiter. As a friend walks to the Luu she overheard the waiters say table 207 is a of bunch thesis (i***a zabantu) .

We asked for the manager, we wanted to understand our table number, especially after such remarks were made. The manager then moved the waiter to another section. We then asked for complimentary for our trouble, which was not given. We then assumed that name calling is part of the service offered.

We then asked for the general manage( he than said he would not engage in our level) we than asked what he meant by that, Let's just say the situation worsened unexpectedly. He was not interested in anything we had to say. Instead he threw ice cold water in the face of my lady friend.

Police, guards were called... matter all of the sudden became a matter of us not wanting to pay the bill.

As a person who on daily basis deals with customers (I work for sports scene. Please contact my manager. She will validate the kind of service I provide to customers ). I was taught that customer are priority and they come first.

A gentleman pours a cold ice water to a lady face. This is not right and we need some intervention here. We ask for your assistance in this regard.
