Bad food , service , management

Waiter had far too many people to serve, bad attitude and we felt ignored. The place was freezing cold, and when we asked for them to turn the heater on they **** and said there was no gas, and 30min later someone turned it on. Not only did Our food come 50 min later but it was not our food!! 20 min later our actual food arrived and my pasta was uncooked and the pizza had hardly any toppings.... And we spoke to management and they didn't care and no effort was made to rectify the situation. All round bad experience
