Bad food and bad service

We came to primi in nelspruit riverside mall on Saturday evening. All the condiments we finished when we got there,we did not get any bread, sauces but the worst is when I ordered a pasta dish with prawns. The prawns we durty, they were not deveined. The mananger did not apologize about the bad food when I complained. She was unprofessional, Not happy with the service and the food was unacceptable.
