Bad bad bad service!!!!

Horrifying experience from Primi Gateway. My day has been ruined. It's was such a lovely day until I was misinformed and the manager is not doing anything about it. I am with my partner have sundowners. It's was a superb day until we decided to order some food (wings). The waiter told us that 6 wings cost about R120.00 and I was tempered to by 12. Lucky for me because by the time we recieved our order. There was only 5 wings. Where is the other one???? I raised this with a manager and he just told me that they only come in 500g and if I am not happy with what I got I must order something else. The nerve!!! No apology and no remorse or even try to rectify the situation but attitude was I cant meet you have been explicitly promised. My heart just melt as I have never experienced such horondous experience. I felt disgusted and not appreciated as a customer... This use to be hang out spot and I doubt that I doubts that I will get back to this place ever again not recommend anyone to go to Primi Piatti in Gateway. My day is ruined and I shall never forget this day been treated like a burger an not a valued client.

I still think that Mandla Dube manager, should have handled the situation better instead of making us as if we chancers or street burgers who burgain for more portion. Today I was made so inferior. I have never heard a No in an abrupt manner coming from a manager before and not even trying to rectifying the situation.

I am beyond dissapointed
