Bad and disappointing Service Primi Piatti

So disappointed, we waited 2.3 hours for our food today at the Life Style branch. People that arrived after us were done eating and we still did not receive our food. To top it off my husband got a piece of scouring in his food, all the manager could say was "sorry". What a disappointment this mother's day lunch was. I don't normally complain, but goodness, bad is bad, but this takes the cake.
