Appalling seservice & staff shouting at customers

After waiting for 40 minutes for the billing and begging to pay for the bill, the waiter had no clue what we had ordered. No one came to inform us. After calling for the manager they refused saying there is no manager, we wanted to leave and leave contact details and the waiter became physical and at no point did they apologise
