Appalling service from manager
So we went to primi Muizenberg for brunch on Saturday and I was appauled by the service that I received. When we got there the waiter pointed us to a seat with single chairs as we were two dining but I wanted to sit on a couch which was much more comfortable for me. However the couch seats can accommodate big groups. We were told by Chris (manager) that we could not sit there as it was meant for 7 people (as a consumer if there is an open seat that has no reserved sign I can utilize it). Chris then told us that there is another couch seat that we can have which was by the bar, at this point we agreed and we moved. However the seat itself was not presentable as the leather on it had completely peeled off. The restaurant was empty and I would have understood if there were other people that needed to sit on the 7 seater but there weren't. Chris failed to make us understand his reasoning and at the end of it all he kicked us out of the restaurant. I have never had such bad service in my life. I expected better from a restaurant in my neighborhood and I had chosen it because I have always loved primi's food, only to be embarrassed infront of my visitor by being kicked out. I have never been so humiliated.
