On the 1st of January 2016 myself and my partner went to Primi for lunch. I ordered fish marsala and found a plastic inside the stuffed fish while I was eating. I notified the waiter who then called the manager and the way the matter was handled was unacceptable. Furthermore there were bees in the restaurant and when the manager Graham was advised of the discomfort in the bees he gave a very stinking attitude and his responce was it's not our bees its mother nature's bees therefore we can't do anything about it and swiftly left the table. The waitress by the name of Portia tried to apologise and calm the situation but the managers were not bothered. Its quite disturbing to be given **** treatment just because you found fault in the food that has been served to you. Being victimised in a restaurant is just unacceptable. I was very disheartening and wI'll never recommend anyone to that restaurant the service was just pathetic.
