Worst SLA ever

I am not happy with your SLA, I sent numerous emails since last week til to date no one has had the decency to call me , When I initiate a chat no one is avail until chat is timed out, when I call its worse, Line is engaged, what kinds of service is this? Can I be contacted on ***
