WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Why is your customer service so horrible? What is the point of a phone number or email address if you don't respond or pick up? Why does one always have to resort to Hello Peter to actually get some service? I've emailed and called multiple times, 0 response. Tried telegram, no response. How am I meant to settle my loan and get a paid up letter like this
