Worst credit company ever

I regret the day I took a loan with PrimeLoans. I settled my account three months ago, yet they are still claiming that I owe them money. This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service agents are rude, the accounts department ignores emails, and no one takes responsibility. They continue trying to deduct money from my account despite the loan being fully paid. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with
