🚫 Warning: Prime Loans Ignoring Customers and Refund Requests Prime Loans has ignored my emails and calls for almost two weeks after deducting money from my account without authorization. Their customer service is shocking — you can hold for over 40 minutes with no answer. The lack of empathy and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly warn future customers to be cautious before dealing with this company. I expect an immediate refund and response.

I even escalated the matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR), yet neither Prime Loans nor the NCR have responded to my emails. This silence and disregard for consumers’ rights are unacceptable. I have provided all the necessary documentation, and it’s disappointing that both parties continue to ignore a serious issue involving an unauthorized deduction.
