urgent

i need an urgent call i paid the loan repayment instantly thinking the loan amount is not going off and i was debited i need an urgent refund i am unable to pay all my debt because of this

i was told yesterday my refund will be done at 8am this morning due to them been unable to make 2 payments to a client in a day its 9.09 and no one is replyimg and no payment has been made to me , mishka abdullah said my money wil be paid i am still awaiting feedback .
