05 Nov 2025, 10:28Disappointed and Exhausted — Still No Refund from Prime Loans I’ve truly reached my limit with Prime Loans. I’ve followed every step, sent all the required emails, made several calls (which go unanswered), and even reached out to my bank. Despite all of this, my money has still not been released. This situation has caused me serious stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights. The lack of communication and accountability from Prime Loans is deeply disappointing. I was promised a follow-up call, but that never happened. At this point, I just want what’s rightfully mine, my refund. If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). No customer should have to go through this.
