They debit me on repayment when i didnt recieve the money

After reviewing your account, we can clarify that the repayment was not successfully debited from your account. The debit order was tracking in line with the repayment instruction while the eWallet reversal was being processed.
As communicated, the eWallet funds were reversed on Saturday, and we have also cancelled the debit order mandate. The cancellation may take up to 72 hours to reflect on the banking system.
