The money I got from them not agreed to it

Please assist with this company;month of August 2026 I wanted loan and went on line; I filled forms and in that form shows how much loan n for how long and I said 4000 for 3months; and send necessary documents and on that form on line u select that they send money via bank or ewalet;I selected my bank account;few minute later my loan was approved n online again said approved check debit on your account which I did of R804;74 and later that day I was surprised when I got message saying your money is done.but was not in my bank account; then I emailed them to say nothing in the bank; and later message saying 500 ewalet and I send them message saying why 500 and why ewalet; I was thinking this people will deduct my money in the bank for 3 months or wat is happening; went and took that 500 and since that I have been sending them messages n calling to say give me your account no to return the 500 but even today I only got email saying call this no; but no one is picking the phone or coming back to me.i need solution to this really i feel ******.obviously I cant take 500 loan it does not make sense at all to me.i need them to cancel debit check and take their 500 back.my no is ***
