Statement /correct paid up letter

I have been asking for an email stating I have fully paid because the ref on debicheck and the one on the paid up letter dont match,Im in a crissis but now I cant do a thing coz Im stuck, their no. dont go through for the past 3 days Ive been sending several emails a day still no response. It hurts coz had I ran with the pay.ent I was going to be called100 times a day even when applying and you leave the incomplete application you get a call but now I want them tbey are no where to be found
