I have so many words that could explain the type of service that I received from 2 awesome ladies who man the call centre danae and miske words like excellence, pride, informational, kind, happy and above all complete respect for their clients needs while having that special sensitivity when dealing with a worry bug like myself but most of all the most fitting would be thank you miske sorted out a problem on my account which could have taken three weeks to resolve as this is the standard escalation time but instead she was patient and sat with me on the phone and went the extra mile to have its sorted while I was still on the call wow I'm humbled danae eased my mind with the confidence of her knowledge of the system that she was portraying or conveying and so respectful and kind so thank you guys you don't often find service like this when it comes to call centers I know I personally control are call center and if my agents are portraying these values then we are most certainly doing something right thank you again ladies 10/10 and then some just wonderful
