I am so happy that my issue got resolved efficiently after posting here on this platform. The efficiency I got was so amazing. The agent who took my call, whose name is Vuyo, was calm and empathetic, and I did not even have to wait longer than 20 minutes. They were returning calls and apologized profusely.
