I repaid my loan on 26th of September via my card I received a message stating that the debit order was cancelled On the 27th of September the debit order went out Now its show 2 payments on my profile but I am unable to get in contact I sent several emails no response The phone number is not working The WhatsApp is not working I need an urgent refund
