PrimeLoans

I had app**** with Prime Loans and Lendplus, I was approved for both AND I approved both DebiCheck mandates for each loan. I only received one loan payment which indicated that it is from Lendplus. No payment received from Prime Loans. Multiple emails with my account statement has been forwarded with no feedback or response. The number also does not dial through.

I have advised that if this matter is not resolved I will need to visit my branch and cancel the debicheck as I will not be paying for a loan that I have not received!!!
