Prime loans! Worst service ever! Don't support them

Absolutely pathetic service! Impossible to get ahold of customer service to get updates! I called several times and could not get ahold of anyone to assist

The voice prompts are totally useless

Nobody responded to the numerous emails I sent

The online chat is absolutely useless because again nobody responds!

I app**** and qualified over the weekend and still have not been paid

Worst service ever!

Seriously would not recommend to anyone!
