Prime loans deduct money that for a lone that was never paid
You have just deducted 2 payments from my bank account.
R1570.13 for the loan Inwas supposed to pay back today
And another R2370.67 for a loan that I didn't make

I expect my money to be paid back immediately toady or I will report to Hellopeter and seek legal advice.
To deduct money within being granted a loan is the same as theft. What is going on here?

I'm thankful for that.
However this is the second problem I had on a short while. Not long ago, as in previous complaint my debit order was approved already but on their website ot showed pending for days. Lots of calls (money spent and wasted airtime) amd lots of emails which was not rep**** on at all, and lots of unrep**** live chats.
Communication no existent If they can commit to better communication, reply on emails at least, and please get rid of the horrible and rude AI voice calling me, to whom I can't ask questions, then I think they will move up to a higher level of respectable service.
There is hope for that, but they wilm need to get someone read and answer amd address emails.
And get real people to call you, so that you can communicate amd aske questions.
Whoever is responsible for the refund, thank you, thought this shouldn't have happened to begin with.
