PRIME LOANS

have been trying to contact Prime Loans since yesterday morning as i belive there is someone on Facebook who is pretending to be their employee, this person claims to work for Prime loans and can asisst with obtaining a loan they collected my payslips and bank statement and I approved a Debi Check. it has been 3 days no funds and when I log on their website is shows that i have an active loan it does not say for how much and i can not access my account as this person seemingly put their own details and chances are they have received the money. i need someone to urgently phone me as i am busy opening a case with the police as this is not accptable . now my problem is i have sent Prime Loans emails from yesterday non has been rep**** to and i can not get hold of them on any of their numbers listed on their website what kind of company is that? in the meantime they need to sort this as i will not pay for a loan i did not use or did not come to my account i have proof of this in the form of a bank statement. i have tried everything to communicate with prime loans nothing on their end...
