Prime did me dirty I don’t wanna lie am annoyed & angry. I took a loan from prime loan company and it was paid back in full R3246.97 via debit order on the 24/03/2026 time 17:50. So now I’m getting sms & emails saying that I’m 9 days late with payment. I’ve sent them countless times my bank statement to proof that the money was debited from my account and it was never reversed I also called them countless times but they not helping me with anything they even refusing to transfer me to their finance department so that I can know what’s happening on my account.
