Poor service from Prime Loans.

I registered with Prime Loans and made an application on 01/11 online with their website.. Did application, submitted all documents and up until today it's stuck in "your application is under consideration" but they say the application takes 15 minutes. I tried emailing and also chat on the website chatbot but no answers at all from any agents. I even tried to call but no answer. I do want to cancel the application as I no longer feel this company is legit as to their service which is very poor. I am so disappointed in this company.
