NO FEEDBACK AFTER 24HRS

I sent in an application for a loan on Friday the 27th Feb. I am not a new client at all. It stipulates on Ther page that it takes 24hrs for them to get back to me. It's now the 2nd March and I'm STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE.
