Loan never paid into my account

I'm not sure if I'm scared or should I be scared. I app**** for a loan on the 2nd October it was approved and Debicheck sent and approved. I was told my money would be in the following Day.

Now it's Monday I haven't received no money and no communication for the delay. Is this a real company?
