Loan approved but money still not received after 20+ hours

Hello,

I received a message from PrimeLoans approving my loan at 16:50 yesterday, but as of now, the funds have still not appeared in my account. I have repaid previous loans, my account details are correct, and I expected the transfer to happen within the advertised timeframe (minutes to a few hours).

This delay of more than 20 hours is unacceptable. I have tried contacting PrimeLoans and my bank (Capitec) but still have no update.

I am requesting immediate clarification and release of my funds. Please advise why this delay has occurred and ensure the money is deposited promptly.
