Loan approval SMS code

For two straight days I have an approved loan. Yet they are not sending me the SMS code required to get a mandate to proceed. When you send an email to support it rejects and advises that the mail I am sending to is full. Their contact number is always not available and never rings. Can someone please look into my profile and advise how to proceed with approval.
