Only 3 stars have been selected based on a lovely agent's service: Mishka. Really insightful and helpful, great customer service.

Perusing through the reviews is somewhat concerning, I can't help but wonder whether corrective measures have been taken. I guess it's speculative at this point.

Minus the other 2 stars it would be for the poor service and client experience I've encountered. Expected more from an organization that brandishes itself on efficiency and good customer service department to say the least.

Based on what I've read thus far and what Mishka shared with me I'll take her word for it (she addressed some of my concerns) she's been a delight. Bless her heart.
