I got approved for a loan on the 18Nov an today on the 20th there is still no money in my account

I got approved for a loan on the 18Nov an today on the 20th there is still no money in my account. The agent was so pushy to get me to accept the debicheck before 12 O'clock on the 18th and I did but still nothing. Horrible horrible service. They also don't answer chats and fonecalls
