I am very angry with Primeloan, I need my refund!!

I paid up my loan using the repayment option on their app and I received an sms confirming that the loan is paid up, few hour later they debited my bank account for exactly the same loan. So now this means I double paid for 1 loan, I sent them more than 5 email, I tried to even use the chat to an agent option on their app but still no assistance, the funny part is that , when I was using the chat to an agent option on their app ,it offered to even help with writing a review on Hellopeter.com , how rude is that?!!?! Guy please I need my refund!!!!!! I will never use your service again and I will make sure that I write reviews lime this everyday to make people aware that Primeloan is a ****.
