Highly disappoint- Refund my money

I paid your loan twice, after I paid the loan via EFT you still deducted money from my account. Now your phones do not work and no one is answering my calls. I want a refund. I am highly disappointed in your services even your whatsapp is not going through,even the online chat. If anyone wants a loan here, do not use PRIME LOAN SERVICES
